Flowstee is a SaaS platform for companies in manufacturing, assembly, service, and logistics — window, furniture, and gate manufacturers, joinery workshops, and service companies typically employing anywhere from a few to a few dozen people. The product itself is extensive: it covers a production order workflow, a tablet kiosk panel for PIN-based shop-floor sign-in, a scheduling and route planner for field crews, service tickets with photo documentation, and an Android mobile app.
The challenge wasn't building the product itself (that's a separate system), but designing a website that could simply explain several different modules at once — in a way that would let the owner of a small manufacturing company, who doesn't typically trust "yet another IT system," grasp the value within a few dozen seconds and decide to start a free trial.
Instead of one generic "about the product" page, we designed a layout that guides the visitor from problem to solution: a short, concrete opening line ("From order to completion — without the chaos"), features broken down into clear, self-contained blocks (order workflow, kiosk, route planner, service tickets, mobile app), and finally transparent, upfront pricing with a CTA to a free trial requiring no credit card.
We built the whole thing in Next.js with Tailwind CSS, with an emphasis on fast loading and responsiveness — a large share of this site's visitors view it on their phone during a break on the shop floor, not at a desk.
The result is a cohesive, fully functional production website that clearly guides a very diverse audience — from small joinery workshop owners to service company managers — through an extensive product offering all the way to signing up for a free trial. The site is now actively used by Flowstee as its main channel for acquiring new customers.
